How do you deliver your goods?

We ship the goods with PostNord or DHL. Delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 days.

Is the item in stock?

Our ambition is to have all items in stock for immediate delivery. In the event of a sale, we will inform you within 48 hours (weekdays).

I want to cancel the order I just placed, how do I do that?

To cancel an order you have just placed, it is best to call our customer service directly on 016 14 26 00 before 2:00 PM, then email info@matsilver.se and cancel.

Please note that we respond to emails until 4:00 PM. Cancellations made after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

I regret my purchase, can I return my item?

We always strive to describe our products as accurately as possible, as well as to have as detailed and accurate images as possible, but if you feel that the product still does not meet your expectations, you have the right to cancel. We offer a 30-day return policy.

Can I exchange my item for another?

We offer a 6-month exchange right. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the transport risk and cost. V

When exchanging, the product must be unused in the original packaging it was delivered in. Always provide your name and address when exchanging and preferably the invoice number.

How long is the delivery time for products?

Normally, orders placed before 11:00 am on weekdays will be delivered within three working days.

In the event of final sales and longer delivery times, the customer will be informed via email.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Where delivery times are longer, this is stated under the product information.

I want to add a product to my order that has already been completed, can I do that?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to an order you have placed, but it is possible to place another order and complete it, it costs nothing extra.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, it is possible to order from abroad in our webshop.

I want to complain about a product, how do I proceed?

If the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped, this must be reported to us as soon as possible by emailing info@matsilver.se.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of SEK 350. The fee will cover the shipping to you and the return to us, as well as administrative costs for crediting and refunding via Klarna.

How do I shop as a company on the webshop?

Contact our customer service, we have many corporate customers but the webshop only allows private individuals.

My order is delayed, what happens?

Contact us and we will look for the shipment. Sometimes the delivery location fails to notify you that the package has arrived and is ready for pickup.

In the event of delay, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

I didn't have time to pay on time, what happens now?

Klarna sends out a reminder.

I haven't received an invoice?

Klarna will automatically email you an invoice if you have selected invoice as your payment method.

All our shipments include a copy of the order confirmation, otherwise let us know and we will email the document to you within 48 hours.

I have received a reminder on my invoice even though I have paid?

Unfortunately, we cannot help you if you have received a reminder that the invoice has not been paid. Your purchase is handled by Klarna and you need to contact Klarna yourself to find out what may have happened.

I have returned an item, can I extend the due date on my invoice?

You can contact Klarna and they can move the due date forward. We will credit the goods as soon as they have arrived at our warehouse.

What is the difference between Juveel and Gense / Mema-Gabs products?

The brands Gense / Mema Gab and Juveel are manufactured on the same machines and by the same silversmiths in Juveel's factory in Estonia.

The quality is the same on Juveel's original products as on Mema Gab products and the differences are small between the similar models.

However, our prices are lower because there are no intermediaries between us and the factory.

I wonder if newly produced and old silverware in the same series are worth the same? If you buy newly produced, does the value hold up over time?

Used silverware is usually cheaper than new. When buying older (more than 20 years old) silverware, you should examine the knives carefully as today there is a better technology for joining the blade to the handle.

Older silver knives cannot be washed in the dishwasher.

We cannot predict how the value will develop over time as the price of silver changes every day.

We always strive to deliver as complete product information as possible across our entire range.

The product is out of stock on the webshop, when will it be back in stock?

To get an answer to that question, please send an email to info@matsilver.se , send the name of the item and we will check when that particular item is expected to come back into stock.
