According to the Consumer Sales Act, you always have a (three) 3-year right of complaint on all goods. You can complain about your goods due to delay, manufacturing defects or transport damage. In the event of a complaint, a notification must be made within a reasonable time. A complaint that occurs within two (2) months from the discovery of the defect is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.

The first step in making a complaint is to give us the opportunity to assess the damage. We ask you to return the item or send a picture of the damage.

If the complaint is approved, the next step is for us to fix the error, or replace your item with a new one of the same type. If we are unable to replace you with a similar item, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get your money refunded.

If the complaint is approved, the refund will be made within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item for inspection. Refunds will be made via our payment service provider.

In the event of any dispute, we undertake to follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Complaints Board.
