These general terms and conditions of purchase ("General Terms and Conditions") apply between you as a customer and Sveto AB (hereinafter referred to as Matsilver), corporate registration number 5567226534, when you purchase a product from us via our website.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing an order with us or accepting delivery of one of our products, you accept these terms and conditions. To make a purchase on the website, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, the Swedish Parental Code requires the consent of a guardian.
When you shop on the website, you accept the current terms and conditions. This means that you will be bound by these terms and conditions as they were written at the time of purchase.
2. PRODUCTS
2.1 All products sold on the Site must be used for their intended purpose in accordance with the instructions, precautions and guidelines provided with them. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order do not contain any substance or ingredient to which you are allergic.
2.2 All products provided through the Website, including any samples, are for personal use only. Unless otherwise stated, we reserve the right to replace, discontinue or modify any products that we offer for sale or as part of a collection, without prior notice to you as a customer.
3. PRICE, ORDER & PAYMENT
3.1 Prices on the website are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK), euros (EUR), US dollars (USD), Australian dollars (AUD), Norwegian kronor (NOK), Danish kronor (DKK), pounds sterling (GBP) depending on where you are visiting from. The prices and shipping costs displayed on the website include VAT if you order within the EU. A shipping fee may apply but will be disclosed before completing the order.
3.2 When ordering on the website, you add the item(s) to the shopping cart. Then you proceed from the shopping cart to the checkout by clicking on "Proceed to checkout". At checkout, you select the delivery address, any delivery method and finally the payment method. If you have received a discount code that you want to use, you also enter this in the discount code box at checkout. In order for your purchase to be completed, you must have read and accepted these general terms and conditions and our privacy policy. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that all information that has been filled in by you is correct. Before you complete the purchase by clicking on "Pay now", we recommend that you double-check that the information provided is correct. After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation via email.
3.3 We offer you as a customer a safe and secure payment solution for your purchase via bank card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or direct payment, invoice and partial payment via Klarna.
When paying by card, the purchase amount is deducted immediately when you place your order.
We use Shopify Payment as our payment service provider.
Shopify payment is PCI compliant and therefore certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant as well as 3D Secure. 3D Secure provides an extra layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions.
With Klarna Pay Later , Klarna Pay Now and Klarna Split you can choose to pay for the order with the following options: pay immediately, via invoice within 30 days or via installments with direct debit or credit card.
Klarna Pay Later is a billing method for Shopify Payments. When you choose Klarna Pay Later as your payment method, you agree to pay for the purchase at a later time.
Klarna Betala Nu allows you to pay using your online banking details. Klarna Betala Nu connects to your bank account and the money is debited from your bank account immediately.
When you select Klarna Pay Now, you will be redirected to the Klarna website to pay for your order. The Klarna website will prompt you to register with your login details if you are using this payment option for the first time or to log in to your account and use your linked bank account to pay for the order.
With Klarna Slice It you can pay with financing. You pay the amount to be paid in installments over 6 to 36 months, with or without interest. Once you have selected Klarna Slice It, you will be redirected to Klarna's website to choose which installment you want to use to pay for your order.

Stock balance, changes, etc.
3.4 We strive to constantly have updated information about the availability and prices of our products.
However, after receiving your order and sending you an order confirmation, we may contact you to inform you that we cannot accept your order for the following reasons:
a) The product is out of stock or no longer available, or
b) There has been an error in the price or description of the product on the website.
If either (a) or (b) above applies, we will notify you by email. You will then be given the opportunity to accept the new terms and conditions of your order (for example, changed delivery time or adjusted price). Alternatively, you may choose to cancel the order and in such case we will not charge you for the product. If you (depending on the payment method chosen) have already paid for the product, we will refund the full amount to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 7 days.
3.5 We do our utmost to ensure that our customers have the best possible shopping experience.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we process orders as quickly as possible.
Once you have placed your order on the website and received our order confirmation via email, this means that your order has started to be processed and that we have started our internal preparations to be able to ship your products. We understand that sometimes there may be requests to change or modify an order. We try to fulfill all requests, but unfortunately we cannot always accept changes to orders after the order confirmation has been sent to you. This is because our system and processes are designed to provide fast and accurate deliveries to our customers. Parts of our range such as products with engraving are manufactured “on demand”, this means that the product is not in stock but is completed at our supplier and has a longer delivery time. These products are manufactured specifically for you and your order. We therefore ask you to carefully check your order and ensure that all information is correct before completing your purchase. Our order administration and our warehouse start their working day with a 2-3 hour difference. When the office opens, the warehouse has already been active and packing orders for a couple of hours, so it can be difficult to change an order if it is already at the bottom of the mailbag. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We are always available to help and answer your questions before you confirm your order.
Discounts and other offers
3.6 We sometimes offer various types of promotions and discount codes on our products and offers to send gifts with your order. Our offers are only valid during the specified time period and as long as the product is in stock. Our offers cannot be combined with other discounts, or used together with gift cards, unless clearly stated on the website. Please note that in order to take advantage of an offer, you sometimes have to enter a code at checkout before making your purchase. Discounts and offers are time-limited You cannot use a discount or offer retroactively, i.e. request a discount on a purchase that was made before the discount period has started.
3.7 If you return ordered products, it may mean that you no longer meet the specific terms and conditions of the offer that you used in connection with your purchase. This may mean that you either have to return any gift or can no longer receive a certain discount. If you no longer meet the terms and conditions of a given gift due to a return and do not return the gift, we will deduct its value from your refund. In addition to the above, the same terms and conditions apply to offers as for regular purchases under these general terms and conditions.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 The delivery methods available to you depend on the delivery address provided.
4.2 Delivery costs may apply, which are presented before the order is processed at checkout.
4.3 Below you will find brief information about our shipping options within Sweden.
Sweden
PostNord and DHL traceable
Delivery within 2-4 working days to your home address.
When your order has been delivered to your delivery location, you will receive a notification to the phone number or email address you provided at checkout. Reminders will be sent via email or text message.
When picking up, you must present the shipment number and valid identification. The shipment must be picked up within 10 days of the first notification. After that, the shipment will be sent back to our warehouse from the delivery point and you as the customer will also be charged a return shipping fee. (See point 4.5)
It is always cheaper for you to pick up a package and then return it to us yourself instead of leaving the package with the agent unclaimed.
International delivery: – EU and Europe and outside Europe: International orders are delivered with trackable delivery using FedEx, UPS or DHL Express.
4.4 We are responsible for your order until you have physically received it. If the product is damaged, or if the delivery does not correspond to the information in your order confirmation, you are asked to notify us by email as soon as possible. We will then investigate the situation further and in the event of an incorrect delivery, we will send the correct product or refund the amount, depending on what is agreed and possible. Any return shipping and/or delivery costs for a new product will be paid by us in this case.
4.5 Uncollected goods . If a delivery is not collected/received by the customer, the shipment is automatically returned to us. If the customer does not collect their goods, a fee of SEK 350 will be charged for shipping costs to the customer, return shipping to our warehouse, fees to the payment platform for refunding the purchase, handling in the warehouse and possibly other costs in connection with an automatic return. This fee is primarily deducted from the amount that is refunded and, if this is not possible, the amount is invoiced.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
5.1 We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal for purchases made on the website. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your order or, in the case of split delivery, the last part of your order.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders such as engraved goods made especially for you and if you have used the product.
5.3 If you wish to cancel your purchase and exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing via the web form or to info@matsilver.se within 30 days and notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
a) You are responsible for the return cost and are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our premises.
b) When we receive the return, we will inspect the returned goods - if anything is broken, scratched, or otherwise used, it will affect the refund.
5.4 In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the goods until we receive them. You have the right to unpack and look at/examine the goods, while retaining your right of withdrawal. The goods must be handled with care and only to the extent necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. If the product is handled in excess of what is permitted or if any part of the goods is missing, you are responsible for the reduced value of the product. We reserve the right to not approve the return or, if possible, deduct the cost of restoring the goods to their original condition when making the refund. In order to receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the product(s) you are returning, they must be returned in their original condition and look the same as when you received them.
All protective plastic must be left on and the product must be returned in its box. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.
5.6 The refund will be made via the same payment method used to pay for the purchase, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Any shipping costs to send the item to you are not refundable.
5.7 We do not offer the possibility of making any exchanges of products. If you wish to have a different product, you are asked to return the ordered product and place a new order for the product you wish to receive instead.
6. COMPLAINT
When you make a purchase on matsilver.se, you have the right to complain about a product within three (3) years after receiving the product if the defect is a manufacturing defect or existed at the time of delivery.
Here you can read more about how to make a complaint about your product. If your complaint is approved, you will be offered different options depending on the specific situation: repair or replacement of the product, refund of the money or price reduction. For a complaint to be approved, it must be justified and the fault must not have arisen due to incorrect use or other external circumstances. The complaint must be made within a "reasonable time" after the fault has been discovered. If the complaint is made within two months of the fault being discovered, it is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.
If a complaint is approved, it may be necessary to return the complained item. In such cases, we will send you a return label for free return shipping to us. Along with the return label, we will also send you a return form that you are asked to print, fill out and include in the return package.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The content on the website is owned by matsilver.se. The information is protected by marketing and intellectual property laws, which means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, etc. may not be copied or otherwise used without written permission from matsilver.se.
Printing or other copying of the material is permitted for your own, private, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to copy, save or otherwise reproduce, process, modify, transfer, assign, otherwise utilize or exploit the material or parts thereof without the prior written permission of matsilver.se.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be posted online on the website. The changed terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted upon placing an order. Any changes will apply to all orders placed after the change has been made.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises between you and us, and this cannot be resolved, it will be heard in the court that follows from mandatory legislation. If you want to file a case with the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN), you can contact them at: Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm or www.arn.se. In the event of a dispute that is heard by ARN, we always follow the board's recommendations.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Matsilver.se is exempt from sanctions for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if it is due to an aggravating circumstance as set out below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays fulfillment. An aggravating circumstance shall include, among others, official action or failure to act, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions on indications, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company has been exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
