Notification of purchase cancellation
For quick and smooth administration, do not forget to enter your order number in the message box and, if you wish, you are welcome to state the reason why you have regretted your purchase.
We apply a 30-day right of withdrawal for purchases on the website. The withdrawal period begins from the day you received your order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders (for example engraving) or if you have used the product and/or removed it from its protective plastic. Remember that you must notify us that you regret your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods. For a smooth and safe return, we ask you to use our return form and our other instructions that you will find below.
For quick and smooth handling of your case, please fill out the form:
1. Fill out the web form. Enter the same name and details as when you ordered. Enter your order number in the message field. We will note your return and await the shipment. You are responsible for the returned shipment until it reaches us.
2. Pack everything the same way you received the package, ensure that everything that was in the package upon delivery is included. Attach return documentation with the order number. Tape the package tightly and attach the return label over the previous delivery note. You are responsible for the return cost, you choose the supplier you wish to use. 3. When your item arrives at our store, it will be checked to ensure it is in new condition and if everything is in order, we will refund your purchase. The refund will be made without undue delay via the platform where you paid for the purchase.
